한국산 Coprinopsis jilinensis 미기록종 보고
New record of Coprinopsis jilinensis (Psathyrellaceae, Agaricales) in Korea

During a 2021 survey of fungal diversity in Odaesan National Park, several macrofungal specimens were collected and identified based on morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence analysis. Among them, one species was identified as Coprinopsis jilinensis, which is reported here for the first time in Korea. This study provides a comprehensive description of the macroscopic and microscopic features of the species, and presents the results of phylogenetic analyses to confirm its taxonomic placement among related species.

2021년 오대산국립공원 내에 분포하는 균류를 연구하면서 채집된 고등균류 표본을 형태적 특징과 ITS 염기서열 분석을 기반으로 동정하였다. 그 결과 한 종이 국내 미기록종인 Coprinopsis jilinensis로 확인되었다. 본 논문에서는 이 종에 대한 거시형태적 특징, 미시형태적 특징과 근연종 간의 계통분석 결과를 상세히 기술하였다.
