This study aims to develop a learner-participatory career education model for late-adolescent migrant-background students and to propose corresponding teaching-learning plans based on it. In particular, by presenting a model that integrates culture and career education based on Korean language education, it seeks to more effectively alleviate learners' career anxiety by considering their language proficiency levels and support their social integration. Existing career education programs utilizing cultural content for migrant-background students have been somewhat inadequate in “Korean language linkage” and learner-participatory designs. Accordingly, this study applies the ADDIE model to reconstruct Moran's cultural education model (ParticipationExplanationInterpretationResponse) within a career education context and designs a 4-session “Korean language linkage” career education model and session-specific lesson plans using the web drama as instructional material. As a result, concrete lesson plans structured as ‘Career First Step-Roadmap-Navigation-Portfolio’ were developed. The significance of this study lies in reconceptualizing migrant-background students not as “language-deficient subjects” but as agents possessing bilingual and bicultural resources, and in presenting practical career education models and lesson plans applicable in public education and community settings. This approach will contribute to strengthening migrant-background students' career exploration competencies and supporting their autonomous career decision-making in schools and out-of-school educational institutions.

본 연구는 후기청소년기 중도입국학생을 위한 학습자 참여형 진로교육 모형을 개발 하고, 이에 근거한 교수‧학습 지도안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 한국어교육 을 기반으로 문화와 진로교육을 통합한 모형을 제시함으로써 학습자의 언어 수준을 고 려하여 보다 효과적으로 진로 불안을 완화하고 이들의 사회정착을 지원하고자 한다. 기존 중도입국학생 대상 진로교육 방안은 한국어교육 연계와 학습자 참여형 설계가 다소 미흡했다. 이에 ADDIE 모형을 적용하여 Moran의 문화교육모형(참여설명해석반응) 을 진로교육 맥락에서 재구성하고, 웹드라마 <에이틴 2>를 교육제재로 활용한 4 차시 한국어 연계 진로교육 모형과 차시별 지도안을 설계하였다. 연구 결과 ‘진로첫걸 음-진로로드맵-진로네비게이션-진로포트폴리오’로 구성된 구체적 수업안이 개발되었 다. 본 연구는 중도입국학생을 ‘언어가 부족한 대상’이 아니라 이중언어·이중문화 자원 을 지닌 주체로 재조명하고, 공교육·지역사회 현장에서 활용 가능한 실천적 진로교육 모형과 지도안을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다. 이는 학교 및 학교외 교육기관에서 중도 입국학생의 진로 탐색역량 강화와 주체적 진로선택을 돕는데 기여할 것이다.
