This descriptive study aims to investigate the correlation between grit, self-determination, nursing professionalism, and career adaptability in graduating nursing students and to analyze their effects on career adaptability. Data were collected from 136 graduating nursing students from three universities located in G City. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. The results showed that career adaptability had a significant positive correlation with grit (r=.49, p<.001), self-determination (r=.71, p<.001), and nursing professionalism (r=.44, p<.001). In the regression analysis, self-determination (β=.54, p<.001) was the strongest predictor on career adaptability, while grit (β= .22, p=.001) and nursing professionalism (β=.14, p=.022) were also significant influencing factors. These findings suggest that educational and intervention programs focusing on enhancing self-determination, along with grit and nursing professionalism, are needed to improve career adaptability among graduating nursing students.

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 그릿, 자기결정성, 간호전문직관 및 진로적응성 간 상관관계를 분석하고, 진로적응성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 3개 대학 간호학과 4학년 재학생 136명이며, 자료수집은 2025년 12월 1일 부터 19일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용해 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 진로적응성은 그릿(r=.49, p<.001), 자 기결정성(r=.71, p<.001), 간호전문직관(r=.44, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 다중회귀분석 에서 자기결정성(β=.54, p<.001)이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고, 그릿(β=.22, p=.001)과 간호전문직관(β =.14, p=.022)도 유의한 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 졸업학년 간호대학생의 진로적응성 향상을 위해 자기결정성을 중심으로 그릿과 간호전문직관을 함께 강화할 수 있는 교육 및 중재 프로그램의 개발 과 적용이 필요함을 시사한다.
