This study was a pilot quasi-experimental study using a one-group pretest–posttest design to examine effects in nursing students’ academic self-efficacy, self-esteem, career identity, and learning agility after participating in a high school–linked nursing career exploration volunteer program. The participants were 10 nursing students who took part in the volunteer program, and the study was conducted from May 17 to June 14, 2025. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test with the SPSS/WIN 30.0 program. The results showed significant increases in academic self-efficacy (z = –2.80, p = .003), self-esteem (z = –2.02, p = .020), career identity (z = –1.83, p = .034), and learning agility (z = –1.69, p = .044) following program participation. These findings suggest that the high school–linked nursing career exploration volunteer program may contribute to enhancing nursing students’ academic and career-related competencies. The results provide preliminary evidence to inform future large-scale intervention studies incorporating control groups.

본 연구는 고교연계 간호 진로탐색 프로그램 교육봉사에 참여한 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 진로정체감, 학습민첩성의 사전·사후 효과를 확인하기 위한 소규모 단일군 전후설계 유사실험 파일럿 연구이다. 대상자는 고교연계 간호 진로탐색 프로그램 교육봉사에 참여한 간호대학생 10명으로, 연구 기간은 2025년 5월 17일부터 6월 14일 까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 30.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Wilcoxon signed-rank test로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 프로그램 참여 후 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감(z = -2.80, p = .003), 자아존중감(z = -2.02, p = .020), 진로정체감(z = -1.83, p = .034), 학습민첩성(z = -1.69, p = .044) 점수가 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 고교연계 간호 진로탐색 프로그램 교육봉사가 간호대학생의 학업 및 진로 관련 역량 증진에 긍정적 효과를 가져올 수 있는 교육봉사 프로그램으로서 활용될 수 있음을 시사하며, 향후 대조군을 포함한 대규모 중재 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공한다.
