- To secure competitive advantage and sustainable management amid competition between companies, this paper introduced an green supply chain management system that is key to promoting ESG management and analyzed detailed activity factors that significantly affect the financial performance of small and medium-sized domestic manufacturing companies in operation to present a strategic direction for effective corporate management. To this end, a survey was conducted on executives and employees of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Korea, and 220 copies collected were empirically analyzed using statistical analysis software SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result of the study, it was found that all five sub-factors of green supply chain management activities had a statistically significant effect on financial performance. These findings suggest that it is very important for the management and executives of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies to establish and implement an green supply chain management system that is in line with the promotion of ESG management across the company in the midst of fierce competition in domestic corporate management.

- 본 논문은 기업 간 경쟁속에서 경쟁우위확보와 지속가능경영을 위해 ESG경영 추진에 핵심적인 친환경 공급망관리 시스템을 도입하고 실행중인 국내 중소제조기업의 재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 세부 활동요인을 분석하여 효과적인 기업경영측면의 전략적 추진방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 중소제조기업에 재직중 인 임직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 수집된 220부를 통계분석 소프트웨어인 SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0을 활용해 실증분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 친환경 공급망관리 활동의 세부 5가지 하위요인들이 재무성과에 모두 통 계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 기업경영의 치열한 경쟁구도 속에서 중 소제조기업의 경영진과 임직원들이 전사적으로 ESG경영 추진과 궤를 같이 하는 친환경 공급망관리 시스템을 구 축하고 실행하는 것이 기업의 재무성과 향상에 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
