MBA programs for international students in Korean universities and to empirically examine international students’ educational satisfaction and its influencing factors. Through this analysis, the study assesses the level of internationalization of Korean MBA education and derives implications for the qualitative improvement and sustainable development of English-track MBA programs. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study investigates the effects of curriculum, teaching and learning methods, faculty–student interaction, administrative and support services, campus life, and career support on overall educational satisfaction. The findings provide empirical evidence to support program improvement and enhance the global competitiveness of MBA education in Korea.

본 논문은 국내 대학의 외국인 대상 영어 트랙 MBA 과정의 운영 현황과 교육적 특성을 분석하고, 재학 중인 외국인 유학생의 교육 만족도와 그 영향 요인을 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 통해 한국 MBA 교육의 국제화 수준을 진단하고, 영어 트랙 MBA 과정의 질적 개선과 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 혼합 연구 방법을 적용하여 교육과정, 교수–학습 방식, 교수–학생 상호작용, 행정 및 서비스 지원, 학교생활 및 진로·취업 지원 요인이 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 외국 인 대상 영어 트랙 MBA 과정의 운영 개선과 국내 대학의 글로벌 경영교육 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기초 자료로 활 용될 수 있을 것이다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
