This study aims to develop and validate an instructional framework (AIDEA) that integrates generative AI with concept-based inquiry learning principles to align with the goals of deep learning and learner agency emphasized in the 2022 Revised National Curriculum. To this end, the framework was designed by synthesizing theories of concept-based curriculum, the 5E inquiry model, and cognitive apprenticeship. Subsequently, its validity and field suitability were verified through a Delphi survey involving 10 experts. The resulting AIDEA framework consists of five stages: Ask, Investigate, Discuss, Express, and Assess. Designed to empower learners to lead the inquiry process centered on key concepts, this framework utilizes generative AI as a cognitive tool and a mediator for expanding thought, rather than merely as an information provider. This study is significant as it provides practical strategies for digital-based educational innovation by presenting a concrete instructional framework that systematically integrates generative AI throughout the entire inquiry learning process.

본 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정이 지향하는 깊이 있는 학습과 학습자 주도성을 구현하기 위해, 개념기반 탐구학습 원리에 생성형 AI를 융합한 수업 프레임워크(AIDEA)를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 개 념기반 교육과정, 5E 탐구 모형, 인지적 도제 이론 등을 고찰하여 프레임워크를 설계하였다. 이후, 전문가 10인을 대 상으로 델파이 조사를 통해 타당도와 현장 적합성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 도출된 AIDEA 수업 프레임워크는 ‘질 문하기(Ask)-탐색하기(Investigate)-토의하기(Discuss)-표현하기(Express)-평가하기(Assess)’의 5단계로 구성된다. 이 프레임워크는 생성형 AI를 단순한 정보 제공자가 아닌 사고 확장의 매개체이자 인지적 도구로 활용함으로써, 학습자가 핵심 개념을 중심으로 탐구의 전 과정을 주도적으로 수행하도록 설계되었다. 본 연구는 생성형 AI를 탐구 학습의 전 과정에 체계적으로 통합하는 실천적이고 구체적인 교수·학습 프레임워크를 제시함으로써, 디지털 기반 교 육 혁신의 현장 적용 가능성을 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.
