This study begins with the fundamental question, “Where is the worship of Korean churches currently heading?” a midst the changes that have come through the pandemic and into the era of artificial intelligence. For this purpose, the research was conducted focusing on the literature survey method. The structure of the text will first look at what kind of holistic theology Lee Jong-Seong is, which laid the foundation for Jangshin theology and inherited Calvin's theological tradition, and will be examined focusing on the ecclesiology of holistic theology. And, I will look at Calvin's view of worship using Calvin's holistic theological methodology known as the ‘Vid Media’. Next, we will first discuss the holistic nature of emerging worship and the emergent church movement, which are one of the major trends in modern worship, and further mention the future prospects of holistic worship by incorporating Robert Webber's ancient-future approach. Through this study, I expect to be able to confirm that the emergence of emerging worship is not a trend but based on changes in ecclesiology, confirming that the newly emerging worship is not a simple type or phenomenon, but a continuation of history, and further to lay the theological foundation that should be taken between tradition and trend. Therefore, it is meaningful to discover the starting point of one, holy, universal, and apostolic worship and church that can continue to be applied to new worship with true integrity and ancient-future methodology that extends to the past, present, and future.

본 연구는 팬데믹을 거쳐 인공지능 시대까지 도래한 변화 속에서 “현재 한국 교회의 예배는 어디를 향해 가고 있는가?”라는 근원적 질문에서 시작한다. 이를 위해 문헌조사방법을 중심으로 연구를 진행할 것이다. 본 문의 구성은 장신신학의 기초를 닦으며 칼뱅의 신학 전통을 계승한 이종 성의 통전적 신학이 어떠한 것인지를 먼저 살펴보면서, 통전적 신학의 교 회론을 중심으로 고찰한다. 이어서, ‘중도의 길’로 알려진 칼뱅의 통전적 신학 방법론을 가지고 칼뱅의 예배관을 살펴보고자 한다. 그다음으로는 현대 예배의 주요 경향중의 하나인 이머징 예배와 이머전트 교회 운동에 나타난 통전성을 먼저 논하면서, 나아가 로버트 웨버의 고대-미래 접근 방법을 접목시켜 통전적 예배학의 미래 전망을 언급하게 될 것이다. 이 연구를 통해 이머징 예배의 출현은 어떤 유행이 아니라, 교회론의 변화에 근거한 것임을 주지하면서, 새롭게 등장하는 예배가 단순한 유형이나 현상에 그치는 것이 아니라, 역사의 연속선상에 있음을 확인하고, 나아가 전통 과 유행 사이에서 마땅히 취해야 할 신학적 토대를 다져나가게 될 것이라 기대한다. 그리하여, 과거와 현재, 그리고 미래에까지 이어지는 참된 통 전성과 고대-미래 방법론을 가지고 새로운 예배에 계속 적용시켜 나갈 수 있는 하나의, 거룩한, 보편적, 사도적인 예배와 교회의 시작점을 발견하는 것에 의미가 있다.
