Objectives This study aims to investigate the differences in exercise emotion (emotional state) and purchase (selection) intention based on the general characteristics of Mother of children with developmental delays, focusing on private special physical education institutions. Methods Data were collected from 169 valid responses via self-administered questionnaires distributed to parents at private special physical education institutions. Instruments included validated scales for exercise emotion (24 items) and purchase intention (5 items), with analysis using SPSS 29.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis at. Results Exercise emotion and purchase intention showed significant positive correlations. General characteristics influenced outcomes: age groups (20s-30s, 30s-40s), education (high school, university), and income (300-400) positively affected purchase intention, with varying effects on exercise emotion subscales. Conclusions Mother' general characteristics significantly impact exercise emotion and purchase intention, suggesting tailored marketing and program strategies for private special physical education institutions to enhance parental engagement and selection.

이 연구의 목적은 발달지연 아동 어머니의 일반적 특성에 따른 운동정서(정서상태)와 구매(선택) 의도 의 차이를 사설특수체육교육기관을 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. 사설특수체육교육기관의 발달지연 아동 어머니 169명을 대상으로 자가관리 설문조사(운동정서 24문항, 구매의도 5문항)를 통해 수집한 자료를 SPSS 29.0으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석한 결과, 운동정서와 구매의도가 유의 한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며 연령대(20~30대, 30~40대), 학력(고졸, 대졸), 소득(300~400만원) 등 일반특 성이 구매의도에 영향을 미쳤고, 따라서 맞춤형 마케팅 및 프로그램 전략으로 부모 참여와 선택을 강화 할 필요가 있는 것으로 결론지었다.
