The purpose of this study was to examine adult learners’ perceptions of and needs for the K-Living School lifelong education program. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted with 150 adult learners aged 50 and over residing in the Chungcheongbuk-do region, of whom 146 were selected for the final analysis. A questionnaire was used for data collection, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 through frequency analysis and multiple response analysis. The results of this research were as follows. First, adult learners aged 50 and over in the Chungcheongbuk-do region primarily obtained information through text messages and KakaoTalk, and their reasons for wishing to participate in lifelong education programs varied, including health management, self-development, leisure and hobbies, and digital utilization. Second, adult learners in this age group showed high demand for programs in diverse areas such as nutrition and cooking, health and exercise, cognitive training, and digital utilization, and they preferred programs to be operated for two to three hours on weekdays. These findings confirm the importance of and demand for the K-Living School lifelong education program for adult learners aged 50 and over in the Chungcheongbuk-do region. Based on the results, this study is meaningful in that it provides foundational data for the development of K-Living School lifelong education programs tailored to adult learners aged 50 and over in the Chungcheongbuk-do region.

본 연구는 K-생활학교 평생교육 프로그램에 대한 성인학습자의 인식 및 요구도를 살펴보는데 목적이 있 다. 이를 위해 충청북도 지역의 만 50세 이상 성인학습자 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 146명을 최 종분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 설문지를 활용하였으며, 자료처리 및 분석을 위해 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 빈도분석과 다중응답분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 충청북도 지역의 만 50세 이상 성인학습자들은 문자·카카오톡을 통해 주로 정보를 얻으며, 평생교육 프로그램 참여를 희망하는 이 유로 건강관리, 자기계발, 여가·취미, 디지털 활용 등 다양하게 나타났다. 둘째, 충청북도 지역의 만 50세 이상 성 인학습자들은 영양·요리, 건강·운동, 뇌인지훈련, 디지털 활용 등 다양한 분야의 프로그램에 대한 요구가 높았으며, 평일 2～3시간 운영을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 충청북도 지역의 만 50세 이상 성인학습자 대상의 K-생활학교 평생교육 프로그램에 대한 중요성과 요구도를 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구는 연구결과를 바탕으 로 충청북도 지역의 만 50세 이상 성인학습자 대상의 K-생활학교 평생교육 프로그램을 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시했다는 의의를 가진다.
