온천수중기구 서킷트레이닝이 중년여성의 신체조성, 근감소증 및 낙상 관련 체력에 미치는 영향
Effects of Hot Spring Aquatic Equipment Circuit Training on Body Composition, Sarcopenia and Fall-related Physical Fitness in Middle-aged Women
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 8 weeks of hot spring aquatic equipment circuit training on body composition, sarcopenia, and fall-related physical fitness in middle-aged women. The study subjects included 16 middle-aged women, 8 in an exercise group and 8 in a control group. The hot spring aquatic equipment circuit training was performed twice a week for 8 weeks using aquatic equipment such as an aqua bike, aqua elliptical, aqua trampoline, and aqua dumbbell in a hot spring pool, and the exercise intensity was gradually increased. While no statistically significant changes were observed in body composition, sarcopenia and fall-related physical fitness indices significantly improved within the exercise group, and statistically significant differences were also observed between groups (p<.05). These results confirm the positive effects of hot spring aquatic equipment circuit training on sarcopenia and fall-related physical fitness in middle-aged women.

본 연구의 목적은 8주간의 온천수중기구 서킷트레이닝이 중년여성의 신체조성, 근감소증 및 낙상 관련 체 력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 중년여성 16명으로, 운동군 8명과 대조군 8명으로 구성하였다. 온천수중기구 서킷트레이닝은 온천풀에서 아쿠아 바이크, 아쿠아 일립티컬, 아쿠아 트램펄린, 아쿠아 덤벨 등 수중 기구를 이용하여 주 2회, 8주간 실시하였으며, 운동 강도는 점진적으로 증가시켰다. 연구 결과, 신체조성에서는 통 계적으로 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았으나, 근감소증 및 낙상 관련 체력 지표는 운동군 내에서 유의하게 향상되 었고, 그룹 간 비교에서도 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 확인되었다(p<.05). 이러한 결과를 통해 온천수중기구 서킷 트레이닝은 중년여성의 근감소증 및 낙상 관련 체력 개선에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
