- This study compared procedural experience, downtime, and patient satisfaction between manual injection and stamp-type injection in skin booster treatments. A prospective observational study was conducted on 120 women aged 20?50 years who underwent full-face treatment using hyaluronic acid-based skin booster. Pain, comfort, satisfaction, bruising, swelling, and daily activity interference were evaluated. Skin improvement outcomes showed no significant differences between groups, but the stamp-type group demonstrated lower pain, better comfort, reduced downtime, and higher overall satisfaction and willingness to retreat. This study confirms that patient satisfaction is influenced by both treatment outcomes and procedural experience. A hybrid approach using stamp-type injection for full-face treatment combined with manual injection for localized corrections is recommended, along with experience-centered counseling on pain and downtime.

- 본 연구의 목적은 스킨부스터 시술에서 손주사 방식과 스탬프형 주사 방식 간 시술 중 경험, 다운타임, 피부 개선 효과, 전반적 만족도 및 재시술 의향을 비교 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 동일한 히알루론산 기반 스 킨부스터 약재를 사용하여 얼굴 전체 시술을 받은 20-50세 여성 120명을 대상으로 한 전향적 관찰 연구로 수행되 었다. 시술 직후 통증, 전반적 편안함 및 시술 과정 만족도를 평가하였으며, 1주 후 멍, 부종, 일상생활 지장, 피부 개선 정도, 전반적 만족도 및 재시술 의향을 측정하였다. 피부 개선 효과는 두 군 간 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 시 술 중 통증은 스탬프형군이 손주사군보다 낮았다. 시술 중 전반적 편안함, 시술 과정 만족도, 멍 및 부종, 일상생 활 지장 모두 스탬프형군에서 유의하게 우수하였다. 전반적 만족도 및 재시술 의향 역시 스탬프형군에서 높았다. 본 연구는 스킨부스터 시술에서 환자 만족도가 시술 결과뿐만 아니라 시술 과정에서의 경험 요소에 의해 영향받 음을 실증하였다. 따라서 임상 현장에서는 얼굴 전체 시술 시 스탬프형 주사 방식을 1차로 적용하고, 눈가, 입가 등 국소적 정밀 보정이 필요한 부위에는 손주사를 병행하는 하이브리드 전략이 환자 만족도 향상에 효과적이며, 상담 시 통증 및 다운타임 정보를 포함한 경험 중심의 설명이 재시술 의향 증대에 중요함을 제안한다.
