In this study, we analyzed achievement standards in 2015 and 2022 revised elementary school information education-related curriculum based on Bloom's revised taxonomy of educational objectives. In terms of learning elements, the 2022 revised curriculum emphasizes the importance of digital technology and the ability to utilize artificial intelligence and digital technology. When examing the changes by element of the taxonomy, the achievement standards were set to ensure systematic and balanced learning by expanding all knowledge except metacognition and all cognitive processes except 'evaluate'. The 2022 revised curriculum has changed in the right direction but elementary school teachers have a lot of burdens having to prepare a new curriculum while operating the existing curriculum, and the amount and difficulty of learning contents to be covered has increased. In this situation, various supports are required so that teachers can have sufficient capacity to guide students to achieve their learning goals.

본 연구에서는 Bloom의 개정 교육목표 분류법을 사용하여 2015 개정 교육과정과 2022 개정 교육과정의 초 등 정보교육 관련 성취기준 진술을 분석하였다. 학습 요소 측면에서는 디지털 기술의 중요성을 강조하고 디지털 기술 활용 능력을 함양하도록 하였고 인공지능이나 디지털 기술 등 시대의 변화에 부응하는 방향으로 변화하였 다. 분류표의 요소 별로 변화를 살펴보면 메타지식을 제외한 모든 지식, ‘평가하기’를 제외한 모든 인지 과정을 확장하여 체계적이고 균형있게 학습하도록 성취기준을 설정하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 2022 개정 교육과정이 시대의 흐름에 맞게 올바른 방향으로 변경되었으나 기존의 교육과정을 운영하는 상황 에서 새로운 교육과정을 준비해야 한다는 점, 정보교육에서 다루어야 할 학습 내용의 분량이 늘어나고 난이도가 높아졌다는 점 등 초등교사들의 부담이 많아졌다. 이러한 상황에서 초등교사들이 학생들이 학습 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 지도할 수 있는 충분한 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 다양한 지원책이 필요하다.
