- In this paper aims to analyze the impact of regional specialized industries on regional industrial development through structural equation modeling with SPSS AMOS. For this study, the characteristics of regional specialized industries were selected as six factors with 19 indicators to characterize regional specialized industries: local government support, regional specialized center support, infrastructure support, networking activation, enterprise attraction, and regional community interest. Measures of regional industrial development include increases in the number of enterprises, sales, and employment. A survey was administered with 500 respondents, including 250 employees from medical device industryrelated firms and 250 public officials from the regional specialized industry-related departments of Wonju City Hall. The results of structural equation modeling confirmed that five factors—local government support, regional specialized center support, infrastructure support, enterprise attraction, and regional community interest—positively affect regional industrial development. However, networking activation was found to have no significant impact. Among the policies to foster regional specialized industries for regional industrial development, more attention and focus should be paid to factors such as local government support, regional specialized center support, infrastructure support, networking activation, enterprise attraction, and regional community interest.

- 본 연구는 구조방정식 모델을 활용한 SPSS AMOS를 사용하여 지역산업발전에 미치는 지역특화산업의 영향을 분석고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 지역특화산업의 특성을 자치단체의 지원, 지역특화센터 지원사업, 인프라구축 지원, 네트워킹 활 성화, 기업유치 활성화, 지역구성원의 관심 등 6개 요인 19개 지표로 선정하였으 며, 지역산업발전의 척도를 기업체 수 증가, 매출액 증가, 고용인 수 증가로 선정 하였다. 그리고 원주시 의료기기산업 대상기업 임직원과 원주시청 지역특화산업 관련 부서 근무 공무원 250명씩 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 지역산업발전에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 자치단체의 지원, 지 역특화센터 지원사업, 인프라구축 지원, 기업유치 활성화, 지역구성원의 관심 등 5개 요인으로 분석되었으며, 네트워킹 활성화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석 되었다. 지역산업발전을 위한 지역특화산업 육성정책 중 자치단체의 지원, 지역특화센 터 지원사업, 인프라구축 지원, 기업유치 활성화, 지역구성원의 관심 등의 요인에 보다 많은 관심과 집중을 기울여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

- 본 연구소는 첫째, 사회과학대학 내의 사회학, 심리학, 정치학, 경제학, 행정학의 5개 개별학과 및 학제 간 연구활동을 지원하고 아울러 공공정책 분야의 정책문제에 대한 현실적 대안을 제시하고자 설립되었습니다. 이를 위해서 연구소 내에는 분야별 연구센터 기하부조직으로 구성되어 있습니다. 둘째, 2009년부터 교육과학기술부(한국연구재단)의 대학중점연구소사업에 선정되어 '사회적 기업'분야를 전문적으로 연구하며 국가적 지원을 받는 대학중점연구소의 기능을 수행하고 있습니다. 이를 위해서 사회적 기업 분야의 이론적 토대와 및 실제로 사회적 기업을 창설하고 운영하며, 모니터링과 평가를 하고 이를 통해서 일자리 창출을 지속적으로 가능하게 할 수 있는 모델구축에 박차를 가하고 있습니다. 본 연구소에 도움이 될 수 있는 건설적인 아이디어를 많이 제공해 주시기를 바라며 아룰러 학제 간 연구를 위한 담론의 장이 될 수 있기를 기대합니다.
