This systematic review aimed to examine the educational effects of Havruta-based learning among nursing students in Korea. Seven studies published between 2019 and 2024 were included in the analysis. All selected studies were non-randomized intervention designs, and the main outcome variables were critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning ability, communication skills, academic self-efficacy, and learning engagement. The findings indicated that Havruta learning significantly improved self-directed learning ability and communication skills, while improvements in critical thinking disposition were observed only in some studies. Results regarding academic self-efficacy and learning engagement were inconsistent. Additionally, combining Havruta with flipped learning demonstrated a synergistic effect on communication skills. This review suggests that Havruta learning is an effective instructional strategy for enhancing the core competencies of nursing students and highlights the need for randomized controlled trials and long-term studies to verify its effects.

본 연구는 국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 하브루타 기반 학습의 교육적 효과를 체계적으로 검증하기 위해 수행된 체계적 문헌고찰이다. 2019년부터 2024년까지 국내에서 발표된 논문 7편을 최종 분석하였다. 선정된 연구는 모두 비무작위 중재연구로, 주요 측정 변수는 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도적 학습능력, 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능 감, 학습몰입 등이었다. 분석 결과, 하브루타 학습법은 자기주도적 학습능력과 의사소통능력 향상에 유의한 효과를 보 였으며, 비판적 사고성향에서는 일부 연구에서만 효과가 확인되었으며, 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입의 결과는 일관 되지 않았다. 또한, 플립러닝과의 결합은 의사소통능력 향상에 시너지 효과를 보였다. 본 고찰은 하브루타 학습법이 간호대학생의 핵심역량 강화에 효과적인 교수전략임을 제시하며, 향후 무작위 대조설계와 장기적 검증 연구의 필요성 을 강조한다.
