This study was conducted to analyze the relationships among academic engagement, class satisfaction, and stress among university students participating in metacognitive instruction. A survey was carried out at a university located in the metropolitan area, and a total of 324 questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed for the general characteristics of the respondents, the validity and reliability of the measurement tools, and correlation and multiple regression analyses were performed to identify causal relationships. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the results of multiple regression analysis with the subfactors of academic engagement as independent variables and the subfactors of class satisfaction as dependent variables showed significant effects on instructional guidance, class performance, and class environment. Second, the results of analysis with the subfactors of academic engagement as independent variables and the subfactors of class stress as dependent variables showed significant effects on class content, learning environment injuries, teaching methods, teaching attitudes, and facility environment. Third, the results of the analysis using the sub-factors of class satisfaction as independent variables and the sub-factors of class stress as dependent variables showed that class content, learning environment, teaching methods, teaching attitudes, and facility environment significantly explained the differences.

본 연구는 메타인지 적용 수업에 참여한 대학생을 대상으로 학업몰입, 수업만족, 그리고 스트레스 간의 관계를 분석하 기 위해 수도권 소재 대학에서 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 324부의 설문지를 수집하여 조사대상자의 일반적 특성 분석, 측정 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증, 그리고 인과관계 규명을 위한 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 학업몰입의 하위요인을 독립변인으로 수업만족의 하위요인을 종속변인으로 한 다중회귀분석 결과 수업지도, 수업 성과, 수업환경에서 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 학업몰입의 하위요인을 독립변인으로 수업스트레스하위요인을 종속변인으 로 한 분석 결과, 수업내용, 학습장 부상 , 교수방법, 교수태도, 시설환경에서 유의미하게 나타났다. 셋째, 수업만족의 하위요 인을 독립변인으로 수업스트레스하위요인을 종속변인으로 한 분석 결과, 수업내용, 학습장 부상, 교수방법, 교수태도, 시설환 경에서 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 연구에서는 메타인지 전략의 세분화 및 스트레스 조절효과에 대 한 심층 분석을 통해 학업몰입과 학습만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.
