- This study aims to examine the necessity and applicability of growth-referenced assessment that reflects the characteristics of adult learners, in response to the transition of universities toward lifelong education systems. The research emphasized the importance of customized course evaluation methods in response to Korea's increasing lifelong learning participation rates. Through a survey of faculty and learners at Busan-area universities, the study found that adult learners prefer less burdensome assessments and self-directed learning, while faculty recognize the need for experience-based and growth-centered evaluation. However, limited understanding of growth-referenced assessment and implementation concerns were identified as barriers. The study suggested developing structured, innovative teaching methods, diversifying evaluation systems, and establishing flexible educational operation systems. These efforts are expected to contribute to the qualitative improvement and sustainability of lifelong vocational education.

- 본 연구는 대학의 평생교육 체제 전환에 따라 성인학습자의 특성을 반영한 성장참조 평가의 필요성과 적 용가능성을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 부산지역 Y대학의 교수자와 성인학습자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 성인학습자와 학령기 학습자의 특성에 대한 인식 차이와 평생교육 평가 방법에 대한 의견을 조사하였다. 분석결과, 교수자와 성인학습자 모두 성인학습자의 학습특성이 학령기 학습자와 차이가 있음을 인정 하였다. 그러나, 성인학습자들은 자기주도적 학습을 선호하였으나 평가에서는 부담이 적은 방법을 선호하는 것으 로 나타났다. 교수자들은 성인학습자의 경험 활용 필요성과 성장참조평가와 같은 대안적 평가방법 활용에 대해 긍 정적으로 응답하였으나, 성장참조평가의 구체적인 활용방법에 대한 이해도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과 를 바탕으로 성인학습자 맞춤형 평생직업교육이 활성화 되기 위해서는 경험을 활용하는 다양한 교수법 개발, 과정 중심 평가 방법 활용, 유연한 학사운영 시스템 구축 등 평생교육 전반에서의 변화가 필요하다고 제언하였으며 이 는 평생직업 교육의 질적인 향상과 지속가능성에 기여할 수 있다는 점을 강조하였다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
