This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of research trends in the educational applications of Generative AI in both domestic and international contexts and to identify the core keywords and their structural relationships through keyword network analysis. To this end, 247 domestic and 491 international studies were collected, and the extracted keywords were refined to construct a co-occurrence matrix. Key terms were then derived on the basis of degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality, and the corresponding networks were subsequently visualized. The findings indicate that domestic research is primarily characterized by keywords related to language education, such as “language,” “English,” and “Korean,” whereas international research highlights keywords such as “develop,” “evaluation,” and “practice,” which are closely associated with instructional design. Drawing upon these results, the study delineates the emerging trends in the educational use of generative AI across domestic and international settings and underscores the necessity of conducting trend analyses in light of rapidly evolving technologies such as Generative AI.

본 연구는 국내·외 생성형 AI 활용 교육과 관련한 연구 동향을 조망하고, 핵심 키워드와 그 구조를 파악하기 위 해 키워드 네트워크 분석을 시행하였다. 국내 247편, 국외 491편을 수집하고, 키워드를 정제한 뒤 동시 출현 행렬 을 구축하여, 연결 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성 별로 상위 핵심 키워드를 도출하고 관련 네트워크를 시각화 하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 연구에서는 ’language’, ’english’, ’korean’ 등 언어 교육의 맥락과 관련한 키워드가 핵심 키워드로 등장하였고, 국외 연구에서는 ‘develop’, ’evaluation’, ’practice’ 등과 같은 교수 설계 맥락의 키워드가 핵 심 키워드로 등장하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내·외 생성형 AI 활용 교육의 동향을 도출하였으며, 생성형 AI 와 같은 신기술을 적용한 동향 연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.
