- This study is to investigate the mediating effect of grit in the relationship between the growth mindset and positive psychological capital of hair care workers with the intention to continue beauty.The subjects of the study were 253 hair and beauty workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and data were collected and analyzed using a structured questionnaire. For data analysis, the following research results were derived by conducting descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model, and mediating effect analysis using boost-leaping techniques. The variables of hair care workers' growth mindsets and positive psychological capital on grit were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect, and the mindset worked effectively. However, it was found that growth mindsets did not statistically affect the intention to continue beauty. Positive psychological capital was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on beauty continuity intention, and positive mindset was also investigated to sustain beauty. It has been confirmed that grit has a mediating effect on the intention to continue beauty, so the higher the grit, the more positive and proud of work life, so that you can fulfill your responsibility as a beautician.

- 본 연구는 헤어미용 종사자의 성장 마인드셋, 긍정 심리자본이 미용 지속 의도와의 관계에서 그릿의 매 개효과를 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 서울·경기지역 헤어미용 종사자 253명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이 용하여 자료 수집하고 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 기술통계, 확인적 요인 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모델 및 부스트레핑기법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 실시 하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 헤어미용 종사자의 성 장 마인드셋, 긍정심리 자본이 그릿에 미치는 변수들이 통계적 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 마음 가짐이 유효하게 작용 되었다. 하지만 성장 마인드셋이 미용 지속 의도에는 통계적으로 영향이 미치지 않는 것으 로 나타났다. 긍정 심리자본이 미용 지속 의도에서는 통계적 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 긍정적 마음가짐 또한 미용을 지속할 수 있게 조사되었다. 그릿이 미용 지속의도의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되어 그 릿이 높을수록 직장생활에 긍정심과 자부심을 가져 미용인으로 책임감을 다하게 한다.
