This study examined the effects of family health on the social adaptation of children with developmental disabilities and the mediating roles of parental efficacy and coping strategies. A survey of 322 members of the Korean Parents Network for People with Disabilities was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Results indicated that family health positively influenced both parental efficacy and social adaptation, with family resilience showing the strongest explanatory power. Parental efficacy had a significant positive effect on social adaptation, whereas the mediating effect of coping strategies was not statistically significant.

본 연구는 발달장애 가정의 가족건강성이 자녀의 사회적응에 미치는 영향과, 이 과정에서 양육효능감과 대처방식의 매개역할을 분석하였다. 전국장애인부모연대 회원 322명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS 23.0 으로 통계 분석한 결과, 가족건강성은 양육효능감과 자녀의 사회적응에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 가족 탄력성이 가장 높은 설명력을 보였다. 양육효능감은 자녀의 사회적응에 유의미한 정적 영향을 주었으나, 대처방식 의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.
