This paper presents a novel multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO)-based endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) stent system integrated with a flexible antenna for high-datarate telemetry and post-surgical monitoring in Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) applications. The four-element dual-band antenna, operating at 915 and 2450 MHz, was validated through simulations in human models and experiments using minced pork and saline phantoms. It demonstrated wide impedance bandwidths (380 MHz and 440 MHz), high gain, and reliable communication up to 13 meters at 12 Mbps. Channel metrics confirmed strong MIMO performance, and specific absorption rate analysis verified safety, positioning this system as a promising solution for next-generation implantable healthcare devices.
