This study empirically analyzed the factors influencing university freshmen's satisfaction with online extracurricular educational content. A survey was conducted from March 4 to May 30, 2025, targeting 226 freshmen from a four-year university located in Chungcheongbuk-do Province. The analysis results revealed the following findings: First, students' learning motivation showed a significant positive effect on satisfaction with online extracurricular educational content. Second, content quality was confirmed to have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Third, learning management system quality was also found to have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. These research findings suggest that enhancing students' intrinsic motivation, improving educational content quality, and establishing a stable and user-friendly system environment are essential for improving university freshmen's satisfaction with online extracurricular educational content.

본 연구는 대학 신입생의 온라인 비교과 교육콘텐츠 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석 하였다. 충청북도 소재 4년제 대학교 신입생 226명을 대상으로 2025년 3월 4일부터 5월 30일까지 설문조사를 실 시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 학습자의 학습 동기가 온라인 비교과 교육콘텐츠 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 콘텐츠 품질이 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 학습관 리시스템의 품질 또한 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구결과는 대학 신입생의 온라인 비교과 교육콘텐츠 만족도 제고를 위해 학습자의 내재적 동기 향상, 교육콘텐츠의 품질 개선, 그리고 안정 적이고 사용자 친화적인 시스템 환경 구축이 필수적임을 시사한다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
