- This research aimed to examine the multiple mediation effects of resilience and academic engagement on the relationship between college students’ performance-approach goal and career maturity, in which the multiple mediation effects are a hybrid of parallel and serial mediating relationship and was verified using the bootstrapping method with the PROCESS macro tool in SPSS. Analysis of survey data responded from 163 college students revealed that the relationship between performance-approach goals and career maturity was mediated by both resilience and academic engagement. In particular, the serial mediation effect of resilience and academic engagement was proved to be statistically significant in the regression relationship between performance-approach goals and career maturity. These findings suggest that, unlike previous studies, resilience and academic engagement work not merely as individual mediating variables, but also dual mediators linking performance-approach goals to career maturity. This shows that in order to improve the career maturity of college students, it is necessary to provide and support a positive environment that can strengthen competitive achievement experience, emotional resilience, and academic commitment together.

- 이 연구는 대학생의 수행 접근 목표와 진로 성숙도 관계에서 나타나는 회복 탄력성과 학업 열의의 다중 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 사용된 다중 매개 효과는 병렬적 매개와 순차적 매개가 혼합된 형태로서 SPSS의 Process 매크로 도구를 활용하는 부트스트래핑 방법을 사용하였다. 대학생 163명의 설문 응답 데이터를 분석한 결과, 수행 접근 목표와 진로 성숙도의 관계는 회복 탄력성과 학업 열의에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났 다. 특히, 회복 탄력성과 학업 열의의 순차적 매개 효과는 수행 접근 목표와 진로 성숙도 간의 회귀 관계에서 통 계적으로 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는, 선행 연구들과 달리, 회복 탄력성과 학업 열의가 단순히 개별 요 인에 그치지 않고 수행 접근 목표와 진로 성숙도를 연결하는 이중 매개로 작용하고 있음을 시사하는 것이다. 이는 대학생의 진로 성숙을 높이기 위해서 경쟁적 성취 경험과 정서적 회복력 및 학업에 대한 몰입을 함께 강화할 수 있는 긍정적인 환경 제공과 지원이 필요함을 보여주는 것이다
