This study analyzed changes in competence and satisfaction of elementary and secondary school teachers in rural areas regarding EduTech using instruction under the one-student-one-smart-device policy. The findings are as follows. First, while teachers demonstrated a high level of understanding of EduTech, their competence in lesson planning and lesson analysis for EduTech-based classes was relatively low. Second, there is a need to develop tailored training programs and instructional content for older teachers, particularly those in their fifties and above. Third, in order to promote the effective implementation of EduTech using instruction, teachers should be supported in enhancing their competence in selecting and improving EduTech tools, planning student assessments, resolving technical issues, and conducting and analyzing classroom-based research. Fourth, to reduce teachers’ instructional and administrative burdens, it is essential to facilitate the sharing of best practices and instructional materials for EduTech using lessons, as well as the experiences and expertise of leading teachers.

이 연구에서는 학생 1인 1 스마트기기 정책에 따른 읍면지역의 초중등학교 교사의 에듀테크 활용 수업에 대한 역 량 변화와 만족도를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 에듀테크에 대한 이해는 높았지만, 상대적으로 에듀테크 수업 에 대한 계획 수립과 수업 분석에 대한 역량은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 50대 이상의 고연령층 교원을 대상으로 한 맞춤형 콘텐츠 개발과 에듀테크 활용 연수가 필요하다. 셋째, 에듀테크 활용 수업이 활성화되려면, 교사들에게 에 듀테크의 선정과 개선 역량, 학생 평가 계획의 수립 역량, 기술적 문제 발생 시 해결 역량, 현장 연구 수행 및 결과 분석 역량 등을 기를 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 넷째, 에듀테크 활용 수업에 대한 우수 사례와 수업 자료 공유, 선도 교사의 경험과 노하우를 공유함으로써 교원의 수업 부담과 업무 부담을 줄여야 한다.
