To produce professional results using generative AI, it is necessary to use generative AI by asking comprehensive questions based on human logic. These comprehensive questioning techniques include strategic management tools, components, and processes. This paper presents a detailed training course on the ChatGPT comprehensive questioning technique used in training for elementary and secondary school teachers, and presents case studies of various applications of the ChatGPT comprehensive questioning techniques to analyze school tasks. These cases reveal the diverse work areas in which elementary and secondary school teachers can systematically design and analyze using generative AI. Furthermore, the questioning techniques and responses applied to each task analyzed using ChatGPT are presented in detail. Through this, it is suggested that this training content utilizing generative AI is useful for teachers.

생성형 AI를 활용하여 전문성을 갖춘 결과를 만들려면, 인간의 논리적인 사고에 입각하여 올바르게 포괄적으 로 질문하여 생성형 AI를 사용해야 한다. 이러한 포괄적 질문기법에는 전략적 경영적인 툴, 구성요소와 프로세 스를 고려한 질문 기법들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 초중등 교원 대상 연수에서 운영한 ChatGPT 포괄적 질문기법 에 대한 상세한 연수 과정을 제시하고, ChatGPT 포괄적 질문 기법들을 다양하게 적용하여 학교 현장 업무를 분석한 사례들을 제시하였다. 본 사례들로부터, 초중등 교원이 생성형 AI를 활용하여 체계적으로 설계 및 분석 할 수 있는 다양한 업무 영역을 알 수 있다. 그리고 ChatGPT를 사용하여 분석한 업무마다 적용된 질문 기법과 답변 내용을 상세하게 제시하였다. 이를 통해, 본 생성형 AI 활용 연수 콘텐츠가 교원들에게 유용하다는 것을 시사하고자 한다.
