The purpose of this study is to conduct a descriptive survey research to identify the effects of military personnel's resilience and family strengths on mental health. Data was collected from 172 military personnel located in City D and Province G from February 13 to March 8, 2024. The collected data was analyzed using stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The results showed that the factors affecting the mental health of military personnel were resilience (β=-0.30, p<.001), subjective health status of normal (β=0.75, p<.001), and not good (β =0.63, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 30.0%. Therefore, to maintain and enhance the mental health of military personnel, it is necessary to consider individual resilience and subjective health status rather than individual family health.

본 연구는 군 장병의 회복탄력성과 가족건강성이 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구 이다. D시와 G도에 위치한 군 장병 172명을 대상으로 2024년 2월 13일부터 3월 8일까지 자료수집을 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 군 장병의 정신 건강에 미치는 영향요인은 회복탄력성 (β=-0.30, p<.001), 주관적 건강상태 보통이다(β=0.75, p<.001)과 나쁘다 (β=0.63, p<.001)로 나타났으며, 설명력은 30.0%이었다. 따라서 군 장병의 정신건강 유지 및 증진을 위해서 개인 의 회복탄력성과 주관적 건강상태를 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.
