사립대학 업무분석을 통한 기록물분류기준표 개발 -Y대학 사례를 중심으로-
A Study on the Development of the Record Disposition Schedule through the Business Analysis of Private Universities -Based on the Case of Y University-

- This study aims to identify the status and problems of records management in private universities, develop a records disposition schedule through business analysis, and present application cases. The research methods include analysis of domestic and international records management classification systems, collection of feedback from processing departments, and analysis of administrative documents from Y University. The study reviews the concept of university records, the current status of private university records, and the relevant standards and guidelines for the domestic and international records management classification system. It also analyzed surveys, interviews, and administrative documents targeting university processing departments and records management personnel. Based on these findings, a records disposition schedule was developed and applied to the electronic document system document box. Furthermore, a feedback system for the records disposition schedule was established through periodic and regular revisions.

- 본 연구의 목적은 사립대학 기록관리 현황과 문제점을 파악하여 업무분석을 통한 기록물분류기준표 개발과 적용사례를 도출하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 국내외 기록관리 분류체계 분석, 처리과 의견수렴, Y대학 행정문서 분석 등이다. 연구내용은 대학기록물의 개념, 사립대학 기록물 현황, 국내외 기록관리 분류체계 관련 표준 및 지침 등을 살펴보고 대학 처리과 기록물관리 담당자 등을 대상으로 설문조사와 면담 및 행정문서 등을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 기록물분류기준표를 개발하고 전자문서시스템 문서함에 적용하였으며, 수시개정과 정기개정을 통해 기록물분류기준표 환류체계를 확립하였다.
