This study empirically examined the influence of self-leadership and self-efficacy as key psychological factors in enhancing learning engagement among high school students within the context of educational changes brought about by the AI era and the implementation of the high school credit system. A survey was conducted with 180 high school students in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The results revealed that self-leadership had a significant positive effect on both self-efficacy and learning engagement, and self-efficacy also had a significant positive effect on learning engagement. These findings suggest that self-leadership and self-efficacy play a critical role in fostering student autonomy and engagement in AI-based learning environments. This study offers a structural understanding of the psychological mechanisms that strengthen self-directed learning competencies in high school students and provides foundational data for the development of future educational programs aimed at enhancing self-leadership and self-efficacy in school settings.

본 연구는 AI 시대와 고교학점제 도입에 따른 교육환경 변화 속에서 고등학생의 학습몰입을 증진시키는 주요 심리 요인으로 셀프리더십과 자기효능감의 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 서울·경기 지역 고등학생 180명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 가설을 검증한 결과, 셀프리더십은 자기효능감과 학습몰 입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기효능감 또한 학습몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 AI 기반 학습환경에서 학습자의 주도성 및 몰입 향상에 핵심 역할을 한다는 점을 시 사한다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 자기주도적 학습 역량 강화를 위한 심리적 기제에 대한 구조적 이해를 제공하며, 향후 교육현장에서 셀프리더십 및 자기효능감 향상 프로그램 개발에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
