- This study investigated the effect of sexual assertiveness on tolerance of dating violence among female college students and examined the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in this relationship. A total of 161 female students at a university in Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea, participated in the survey. Regression analysis revealed that sexual assertiveness significantly negatively predicted dating violence tolerance(=-0.20, p<.05), while maladaptive strategies positively predicted it(=0.25, p<.01). Among them, catastrophizing explained the highest variance(R²=.07, F=11.73, p<.01). The mediation analysis demonstrated a partial mediating effect of maladaptive strategies between sexual assertiveness and dating violence tolerance, but the indirect effect was not statistically significant(Sobel’s Z=-1.07, p>.05). These findings suggest the need for psychological and educational interventions, such as assertiveness training and emotion regulation programs, to prevent dating violence and foster healthier relationships among female university students.

- 본 연구는 여자대학생의 성적 자기주장이 데이트폭력 허용도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이 관계에서 인 지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 충청북도 소재 U대학교 재학생 161명을 대상으로 설문조사 를 실시하였다. 주요 변수는 성적 자기주장, 데이트폭력 허용도, 인지적 정서조절전략으로 구성되었으며, SPSS 22.0을 활용한 상관분석, 회귀분석, 매개효과 분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 전체 성적 자기주장은 데 이트폭력 허용도에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤다(=-0.20, p<.05). 부적응적 정서조절전략은 데이트폭력 허용도에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며(=0.25, p<.01), '파국화'는 가장 높은 설명력을 보였다(R²=.07, F=11.73, p<.01). 매개효과 검증 결과, 성적 자기주장이 데이트폭력 허용도에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 정서조절전략은 부분 매개효과를 보 였으나(Sobel’s Z=-1.07, p>.05), 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 데이트폭력 예방을 위한 심리사회적 개입의 필요성을 시사하며, 대학생 대상의 성적 자기주장 향상 및 정서조절 능력 강화 프로그램 개발 을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
