This study aimed to examine the effect of perceived social support on career attitude maturity among college students and to verify the dual mediation effect of positive psychological capital and empowerment. A survey was conducted with 225 students from vocational colleges in the Busan and Ulsan regions, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and PROCESS macro. The results showed that social support had a significant effect not only on career attitude maturity but also on positive psychological capital and empowerment, and the dual mediation effect through these variables was statistically significant. Gender and grade-level comparisons revealed that female students and freshmen showed relatively higher levels of psychological resources. This study suggests the need for an integrated approach to strengthening both social support and internal psychological resources in career guidance, providing foundational data for developing effective strategies for student career decision-making.

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 사회적지지가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 긍정심리자본 과 임파워먼트의 이중매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 부산·울산 지역 전문대학생 225명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS와 PROCESS macro를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 사회적지지는 진로태도성숙뿐만 아니라 긍정심리자본과 임파워먼트에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 변인을 통한 이중 매개효과도 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 성별 및 학년별 비교에서는 여학생과 신입생이 상대적으로 높 은 심리자원 수준을 보였다. 본 연구는 대학 진로지도에서 사회적지지와 내적 자원 강화를 통합적으로 접근 할 필요성을 제시하며, 진로결정 지원 전략 수립에 기초자료를 제공한다.
