Based on the indicators completed through prior research by the expert group, this study created an item for competency evaluation to understand and measure the basic qualities and core competencies of Church-planting pastors, and compared the overall competencies based on the measured values applied to the group preparing for church planting. Additionally, a diagram was created to examine individual pastoral competencies and universal competency standards so that competencies could be viewed at a glance. As a result, through the first and second studies on church planter, a meaningful evaluation tool was prepared to identify and continuously develop the capabilities of church-plnating pastors, and through this, this study is meaningful in helping them acquire and develop their own capabilities.

본 연구는 전문가 집단의 사전연구를 통해 완성된 교회 개척자 역량지표를 기준으로 세부 항목을 작성해 개척 목회자의 기본 자질과 핵심역량을 측정하고 보편적 기준을 마련하여 개인역량과 비교를 통해 교회 개척자의 균형적 성장을 위한 기초를 마련하고자 하였다. 이에더해 역량을 한눈에 파악하도록 다이어그램을 작성해 개인의 목회역량과 집단별 역량기준을 직관적으로 살펴보도록 도왔다. 결과적으로 교회 개척자에 대한 1, 2차의 연구를 거쳐 개척자의 목회역량을 파악하고 지속해서 개발하도록 돕는유의미한 평가도구를 만들어 자신의 역량을 갖추고 발전시키는데 이 연구의 의의가 있다. 기대하기는 목회자와 교단이 협력하여 교회 개척 환경에부합되는 효과적인 지원책을 설정하여 우선순위에 따라 개인에게 필요한역량을 지속해서 개발하도록 노력해야 할 것이다
