This study examined the mediating effect of cognitive flexibility on the relationship between digital literacy and learning immersion among nursing students. Data were collected from 184 nursing students between May and June 2024 using a self-report questionnaire. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted following Baron and Kenny’s (1986) three-step procedure. First, digital literacy significantly influenced cognitive flexibility (β=.315, p<.001). Second, digital literacy significantly affected learning immersion (β=.475, p<.001). Third, when both variables were entered, digital literacy (β=.432, p<.001) and cognitive flexibility (β=.313, p<.001) both significantly predicted learning immersion. The Sobel test confirmed the mediating effect of cognitive flexibility (Z=2.662, p<.05). These findings suggest that enhancing both digital literacy and cognitive flexibility is essential for developing educational strategies to improve nursing students’ immersion in learning.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 인지적 유연성의 매개효과를 규 명하고자 시도되었다. 2024년 5∼6월까지 간호대학생 184명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자기보고식 방법 으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 3단계를 토대로 위계적 회귀분석(Hierarchial Regression)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 1단계 디지털 리터리시가 인지적 유연성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고(β=.315, p<.001), 2단계 디지털 리터리시가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향도 유의미하였다(β=.475, p<.001). 3단계 디지털 리터러시는 학습몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치고(β=.432, p<.001) 인지적 유연성은 학습몰입에 유의미한 영향을 보였으며(β=.313, p<.001), Sobel test를 실시한 결과, 디지털 리터러시와 학습몰입의 관계에서 인지적 유 연성의 매개효과가 확인되었다(Z=2.662, p<.05). 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 학습몰입을 높이기 위한 교 수학습 프로그램을 개발 시 디지털 리터러시와 인지적 유연성을 함께 높일 수 있는 전략이 필요하다.
