This study aimed to identify the subtypes of medical satisfaction among immigrants and the factors affecting each subtype. The study included 100 immigrants living in Korea, and data were collected through an online survey in October 2024. The collected data were analyzed using latent class analysis, χ2test, ANOVA, and multinomial logistic regression analysis. As a result, medical satisfaction was classified into three subtypes: High (Class 3, 42%), Medium (Class 2, 34%), and Low (Class 1, 24%). Factors affecting medical satisfaction included physical health status (OR = 1.13, 95% CI = 0.39–3.33) and social support (OR = 1.08, 95% CI = 0.85–3.33) in Class 3 compared to Class 1. In addition, quality of life (OR = 1.15, 95% CI = 1.04–1.27) influenced Class 2 compared to Class 1. The findings indicate that medical satisfaction among immigrants is heterogeneous. To improve their medical satisfaction, efforts to enhance their social support and quality of life are essential.

본 연구의 목적은 이주민의 의료 만족도 잠재유형을 확인하고 유형별 영향 요인을 파악하는 데 있다. 연 구 대상은 국내 거주 중인 이주민 100명으로 2024년 10월에 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집 자료는 잠재 계층 분석과 χ2 test, ANOVA, Multi-nominal Logistic Analysis로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 의료 만족도의 잠 재계층은 ‘높은 의료 만족형(Class 3, 42%)’, ‘중간 의료 만족형(Class 2, 34%)’, ‘낮은 의료 만족형(Class 1, 24%)’으 로 분류되었다. 의료 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 Class 1에 비하여 Class 3에서는 신체적 건강상태(OR=1.13, 95% CI=0.39-3.33)와 사회적 지지(OR=1.08, 95% CI=0.85-1.15)이었다. Class 1에 비하여 Class 2는 삶의 질이 영향을 미치고 있었다(OR=1.15, 95% CI 1.04-1.27). 국내 거주 이주민의 의료 만족도는 이질적인 특성을 보이고 있었다. 이들의 의료 만족도를 증진시키기 위해서는 사회적 지지와 삶의 질 향상 노력이 요구된다.
