The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career decision making autonomy among college students. A total of 468 data were collected by requesting a survey to an online research company. The collected data were subjected to descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using spss 29.0. The bootstraping was conducted to verify the mediating effect of resilience. The study results are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between intolerance of uncertainty, resilience and career decision making autonomy. Second, the mediating effect of resilience was found to be significant in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career decision making autonomy. Partial mediation effect was also found. Through the results of this study, the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and career decision making autonomy among college students was confirmed and the role of resilience in the relationship between them was also verified.

본 연구는 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정자율성 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 온라인 설문을 실시하여 최종 468명의 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 29.0을 활용 하여 기술통계와 상관분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS PROCESS MACRO에서 부트스트랩 절차를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 회복탄력성, 진로결정자율성 간에 모두 유 의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정자율성 간의 관계에서 회복탄력 성의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정자율성 간의 관계를 확인하였으며, 이들 간의 관계에서 나타나는 회복탄력성 의 역할 또한 검증하였다.
