With the application of AI technology in various fields, it is becoming a hot topic in schools. Accordingly, the Ministry of Education has announced the revised 2022 curriculum that includes AI education to enhance Digital Literacy and Computational Thinking. Also, they intended to strengthen education for responding to a sustainable future, pursuing the coexistence of the environment and humans, and instilling a sense of responsibility for a sustainable life. In this context, this study developed an ecological environment and AI convergence education program and applied it to sixth-grade elementary school students to verify its impact on environmental literacy and Attitudes toward AI. The results showed that the ecological environment and AI convergence education program improved students' environmental literacy, and through AI education, Attitudes toward AI were also improved.

인공지능 기술이 다양한 분야에 적용되기 시작하면서 학교 현장에서도 가장 화두가 되는 분야이다. 이에 교육 부는 디지털 리터러시와 컴퓨팅 사고력을 키워주기 위하여 인공지능 교육이 포함된 2022 개정 교육과정을 확정 고시하였다. 또한 지속가능한 미래에 대응하고 환경과 인간의 공존을 추구하며, 지속가능한 삶에 책임감을 느끼 도록 지속가능한 미래 대응을 위한 교육을 강화하고자 하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 생태환경 인공지능 융합교육 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학교 6학년 학생에게 적용하여 환경소양과 인공지능에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 검 증하였다. 연구결과, 생태환경 인공지능 융합교육 프로그램은 학생들의 환경소양을 향상시켰고, 인공지능 교육을 통하여 인공지능에 대한 태도 또한 향상되었다.
