2022 revision curriculum emphasizes cooperative communication competencies and community competencies. However, programming education has been mainly conducted as individual activities. Programming education using a computer is not suitable for cooperative learning by two or more people, but tangible programming education, a programming method using specific manipulations, enables cooperative learning. This study developed an educational program that applied the tangible programming method to improve elementary school students' cooperative communication skills. In SW education, effective education methods and learning strategies are needed to develop cooperative communication competency. In addition to this study, follow-up research on practical and systematic programming education methods that enable students to cooperate which can be easily applied in the school should be actively conducted.

2022개정 교육과정은 협력적 소통 역량, 공동체 역량 등 더불어 사는 사람을 강조하고 있다. 하지만 지금까지 SW교육에서의 프로그래밍 교육은 주로 개인 활동으로 이루어졌다. 혼자서 사용하도록 만들어진 컴퓨터를 이용 하는 프로그래밍 교육은 2인 이상의 협력 학습에 적합하지 않지만 구체적 조작물을 이용한 프로그래밍 방식인 텐저블 프로그래밍 교육은 자연스러운 협력 학습이 가능하다. 본 연구는 초등학생의 협력적 소통 역량 함양을 위해 텐저블 프로그래밍 방식을 적용한 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. SW교육에도 협력적 소통 역량, 공동체 역 량 등 더불어 살아가기 위한 인성 함양을 위한 효과적인 교육 방법과 학습 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구뿐만 아니 라 학생들 간의 협력이 이루어지며 학교 현장에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 실제적이고 체계적인 프로그래밍 교육 방법에 대한 후속 연구가 활발히 진행되어야 할 것이다.
