This study is a descriptive study to identify the degree of human rights sensitivity, moral sensitivity and patient rights perception of nursing students, and to confirm the relationship between them. This study employed a structured questionnaire survey conducted among 202 nursing students from June to August 2023. Data analysis was performed using SPSS WIN 22.0 program by frequency(%), reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. As a result of this study, first, there was a statistically significant difference in human rights sensitivity according to academic year(F=2.98, p=.033) and clinical practice experience(t=3.32, p=.012). Second, moral sensitivity differed according to grade(F= 5.81, p=.001) and whether or not a student received human rights education after entering university(t=3.64, p=.005). Third, there was a statistically significant difference in the perception of patients' rights in the presence of healthcare provider in the family(t= 2.50, p<.001) and the presence of human rights education after entering university(t=2.50, p<.001). Fourth, there was a significant positive correlation between human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness(r=.30, p<.001), human rights sensitivity and moral sensitivity(r=.37, p<.001), and patient rights awareness and moral sensitivity (r=.20, p=.005). Based on these findings, practical educational programs should be developed and provided to improve the human rights sensitivity, awareness of moral sensitivity and patient rights of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 도덕적 민감성, 환자권리인식 정도를 확인하고, 이들 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법은 2023년 6월부터 8월까지 간호대학생 202명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도(%), 신뢰도분석, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 인권감수성은 학년(F=2.98, p=.033), 임상실습경험(t=3.32, p=.012)에 따라 통계적으로 유 의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 도덕적 민감성은 학년(F=5.81, p=.001), 대학입학 후 인권교육 유무(t=3.64, p=.005)에 따라 차이 가 있었다. 셋째, 환자권리인식은 가족 중 의료인유무(t=2.50, p<.001)와 대학입학 후 인권교육 유무(t=2.50, p<.001)에서 통 계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 인권감수성과 환자권리인식은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(r=.30, p<.001), 인권 감수성과 도덕적 민감성(r=.37, p<.001), 환자권리인식과 도덕적 민감성(r=.20, p=.005)도 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 이같은 결과에 따라 간호대학생의 인권감수성, 도덕적 민감성, 환자권리에 대한 인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 실질적인 교육 프로 그램이 개발 및 제공되어야 할 것이다.
