The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the quality of life according to oral health in middle-aged women. By applying Pender's model, we aimed to identify factors according to personal characteristics, behavior-related cognition and emotion, and health promotion behavior areas. The research method used the 2021-2022 Community Health Survey, and the subjects were women in their 50s. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 20.0 program, and descriptive statistics, cross-analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed under a complex sample plan after grouping based on subjective oral health level. The results of the study showed that in the group with good oral health, ‘suicidal thoughts experience(β=.026, p<.001)’ and ‘current drinking(β=.005, p<.001)’ were significant and accounted for 27.5% of the explanatory power. In the group with ‘poor’ oral health, body mass index(β=.002, p<.001), depression(β =-.008, p<.001), and ‘annual unmet medical needs(β=-.028, p<.001)’ were significant and accounted for 36.6% of the explanatory power. Therefore, this study is intended to serve as basic data for the development of a customized education and intervention program that integrates oral health management practices, metabolic diseases, lifestyle habits, and depression in middle-aged women.

본 연구의 목적은 중년여성의 구강건강에 따른 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하고자 함이다. Pender의 모형을 적용하여 개인적 특성과 행위 관련 인지와 정서, 건강증진행위 영역에 따른 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 2021~2022 지역사회건강조사를 활용하였으며 대상자는 50대 여성이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램으로 주관적 구 강건강 수준 기준으로 집단 분류 후 복합표본 계획하에 기술통계, 교차분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 구강건강 좋음 집단에서 ‘자살생각 경험(β=.026, p<.001)’과 ‘현재 음주(β=.005, p<.001)’의 경우 유의하며 27.5%의 설명력을 나타냈 고, 구강건강 ‘나쁨’ 집단에서는 체질량지수(β=.002, p<.001), 우울감(β=-.008, p<.001), ‘연간 미충족 의료 예(β=-.028, p<.001)’가 유의하여 36.6%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서, 본 연구는 중년여성의 구강건강관리 실천과 대사성 질환, 생활습 관, 우울감을 통합한 맞춤형 교육 및 중재 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 삼고자 한다.
