This study examined the effects of adaptive flexibility and positive psychological capital of the old on interpersonal relationships, focusing on the mediating effects of psychological well-being. For this study, a total of 200 response questionnaires were obtained for old people aged 65 and over at welfare facilities for the old, Kyungrodang, the old, and senior colleges in the Gyeonggi-do region, but the actual number of valid questionnaires was 195, excluding 5 unfaithful respondents. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 27 and AMOS 22 based on collected survey data. Research results have shown that the adaptability and positive psychological capital of the old have a positive impact on interpersonal relationships. In particular, it was confirmed that psychological well-being plays an important role in the relationship between the two variables, and that a high level of psychological well-being contributes to improving interpersonal relationships among the elderly. Through this study, we aim to identify psychological factors for improving interpersonal relationships in old age and to contribute to finding practical ways to promote the emotional and social health of the elderly based on this.

본 연구는 노인의 적응유연성과 긍정심리자본이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 중심 으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 경기도 지역의 노인복지 시설과 경로당, 노인정, 노인대학 등에서 65세 이상의 노인 들을 대상으로 195부의 설문지를 수집했다. 수집된 설문 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS 27과 AMOS 22를 사용하여 통계분 석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 노인의 적응유연성과 긍정심리자본은 대인관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 특히 심리적 안녕감은 두 변수 간의 관계에서 중요한 매개 역할을 하며, 높은 수준의 심리적 안녕감이 노인의 대인관계 향상에 기여함을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 노년기 대인관계 향상을 위한 심리적 요인을 규명하고, 이를 토대로 노인의 정서적·사회적 건강을 증진시킬 수 있는 실천적 방안을 모색하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
