This study aimed to contribute to the formation of Value Adoption Model(VAM) by analyzing the influence of perceived benefits(PB) (usefulness, ease of use) and perceived sacrifices(PS) (risk, cost) – which constitute the perceived value of Generative Artificial Intelligence(GAI)–on adoption perception(AP), mediated by perceived quality(PQ). The result of mediation effect analysis demonstrate that perceived usefulness and ease of use strengthen PQ, which in turn positively influences AP. This highlights the importance of PQ as a key mediator. Perceived risk and perceived cost impact AP indirectly through PQ rather than directly. While cost showed both direct and indirect effects, risk influenced AP only through PQ. It is clear that continuously maintaining and improving service quality is a crucial strategy for establishing a successful acceptance environment for GAI.

본 연구는 생성형 인공지능(GAI)의 지각된 가치를 구성하는 지각된 혜택(PB)(유용성, 용이성), 지각된 희 생(PS)(위험성, 비용)이 지각품질(PQ)을 매개로 하여 수용인식(AP)에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 효과적인 가치 기반수용모델을 형성하는데 기여하고자 하였다. R기반의 매개효과 분석 결과, 유용성과 용이성은 지각품질을 강화 하고, 이는 최종적으로 수용인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 PB → PQ → AP 경로가 명 확히 검증되면서 가치 기반 수용모델의 설명력을 강화하였다. 또한, 지각된 희생에서 위험과 비용은 직접적으로 수용인식에 영향을 미치지 않고, 지각품질을 매개로 간접적으로 수용에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 비용은 직 접 및 간접 경로 모두 유의미했지만, 위험은 간접 경로만 유의미했다. GAI의 성공적인 수용환경을 조성하기 위해 서 서비스품질을 지속적으로 유지하고 향상시키는 것이 매우 중요한 전략임을 알 수 있다.
