This study investigates the impact of information reliability in generative AI on users’ continuous use intention, focusing on the mediating roles of self-efficacy and perceived usefulness. The multiple mediation effect analysis based on R results revealed that information reliability significantly influences continuous use intention both directly and indirectly through self-efficacy and perceived usefulness. The multiple mediation effects of these variables were also statistically significant. Higher information reliability in generative AI increased users perceived utility, thereby enhancing their intention to continue using it. These findings underscore the importance of information reliability within the frameworks of the Technology Acceptance Model and Social Cognitive Theory, highlighting the need to foster information reliability and self-efficacy in AI literacy.

본 연구는 생성형 인공지능에 대한 정보신뢰가 이용자의 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 관 계에서 자기효능감과 지각된 유용성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 R기반으로 매개효과 분석 결과, 정보신뢰는 지속이용의도에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기효능감과 지각된 유용성 역시 각각 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 특히 두 변인의 다중매개효과도 통계적으로 유의하였다. 정보신뢰가 높을수록 AI를 유용하다고 느끼고, 잘 활용할 수 있다는 자신감이 높아져 지속사용의도가 강화됨을 확인하였다. 연구결과는 기술수용모형과 사회인지이론의 관점에서 정보신뢰의 중요성을 보여주며, AI 리터러시 교육에서 신뢰 형성과 자기 효능감 강화의 필요성을 제기하는데 기여한다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
