Revitalization Strategy for the Aviation Industry in the Southeastern Region

This study derives strategies to revitalize the Southeast aviation industry using expert interviews and AHP analysis, setting four key criteria: aviation infrastructure improvement, route diversity expansion, government and local support, and tourism connectivity. Pairwise comparisons by experts determined each criterion's importance. Results prioritize airline incentives, low-cost carrier attraction, airport accessibility, and tourism package development. The study proves institutional support and passenger-focused accessibility are more effective than hardware expansion for aviation growth, offering a theoretical framework for aviation-tourism connectivity.

본 연구는 동남권 항공산업의 활성화 전략을 도출하기 위해 전문가 인터뷰와 AHP 분석을 활용하여, 항공 인프라 개선, 노선 다양성 확대, 정부 및 지자체 지원 강화, 관광 연계성 강화의 네 가지 핵심 평가 기준을 설정하였다. 전문가들의 쌍대 비교 분석을 통해 각 항목의 상대적 중요도를 산출하였으며, 연구 결과, 항공사 유 치를 위한 인센티브 제공, 저비용 항공사 유치, 공항 접근성 개선, 관광 패키지 연계 상품 개발이 우선순위가 높은 전략으로 도출되었다. 즉, 하드웨어적 확충보다 제도적 지원과 여객 중심의 접근성 향상에 초점을 둔 정책이 항공산 업 발전에 더 효과적임을 객관적으로 입증하고 있으며, 지역 항공산업과 관광산업의 연계성에 대한 이론적 틀을 제시하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
