As part of the multidisciplinary convergence of holistic nursing care and mind study in nursing, this study is an exploratory study to explore the applicability of holistic nursing care based on Korean philosophy and religious tradition by linking Parse's HumanBecoming Theory and mind practice, which is the core of character education. To do so, this study first examined the definitions of nursing and humanity in terms of nursing and Parse's humanization, and then compared the oneness of the truth of the whole person, which is the basis of mind practice, with mind study, which is the basic practice method for reaching such oneness. As a result, we found that if mind study is applied to the process of interpreting the essence of the experiences described by participants in a phenomenological and interpretive way according to Parse's theory, and exploring the structure and meaning of universal human life through the process of dialogue between you and me, it can provide a direction for solving personal and social problems. In addition, the changing nursing discourse in the era of the fourth industrial revolution further emphasizes the need for whole-person nursing that can broadly understand and accommodate the human mind, an area that AI cannot replace. Therefore, Parse's interdisciplinary convergence of humanization and mind study can be utilized as a basis for solving the problems facing nursing.

본 연구는 간호학의 ‘총제적 전인간호(Holistic nursing care)’와 마음공부의 다학제적인 (Multidisciplinary) 융합 연구의 일환으로 ‘Parse 인간되어감 이론(HumanBecoming Theory)’과 인성교육의 핵심인 마음공부(Mind practice)를 연계하여 한 국 철학과 종교적 전통에 기반한 전인간호의 적용 가능성을 살펴보기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 간호학적 측면에서 의 간호 및 인간에 대한 정의와 Parse의 인간되어감을 살펴보고, 마음공부(Mind practice)의 기반이 되는 일원의 진리 하나됨의 경지와 그러한 경지에 도달하기 위한 기초적 수행 방법인 마음공부를 비교하고자 하였다. 그 결과 Parse의 이론에 따라 참여자가 서술하는 체험의 본질을 현상학적-해석학적 방법으로 해석하고, 너와 나의 대화 과정을 통해 인간 보편적 삶의 구조와 의미를 탐색하는 과정에 마음공부가 적용된다면, 개인적·사회적 문제 해결의 방향성을 확보할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 변화하는 4차 산업혁명(Industrial revolution) 시대의 간호 담론은 AI가 대체할 수 없는 영역인 인간의 마음을 폭넓게 이해하고 수용할 수 있는 전인간호의 필요성을 더욱 강조하고 있다. 따라서 Parse의 인간되어감과 마음공부의 학제 간 융합은 간호학이 당면하고 있는 시대적 문제 해결을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
