The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of parenting stress of North Korean defector mothers on their parenting behaviors during their early childhood and to analyze the mediating effect of parenting role efficacy on the effects of parenting stress of North Korean defector mothers on parenting behaviors. As a result of the study, first, while the parenting stress of North Korean defector mothers had a significant negative effect on warmth parenting behavior, it was found to have a significant positive effect on controlling parenting behavior. Second, parenting role efficacy showed a partial mediating effect in the effect of North Korean defector mothers' parenting stress on compassionate parenting behavior, while parenting role efficacy had a mediating effect in the influence of North Korean defector mothers parenting stress on controlling parenting behavior.

본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈주민 어머니의 양육 스트레스가 양육행동에 미치는 영향 중에서 부모역할 효능감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법은 충북과 대전시에 소재한 유아기 자녀를 둔 북한이탈주민 어머니 122명을 대 상으로 사전 연구목적 설명 및 설문지를 배포하여 수거를 하였다. 연구도구로 양육 스트레스는 권정윤 외(2013)의 도 구를 수정·보완하여 사용하였고, 부모역할 효능감은 신숙재(1997)가 PSOC을 번안한 것을 수정·보완하여 사용하였으 며, 양육행동은 박혜미(2010)의 도구를 북한이탈 어머니에게 알맞게 일부 문항을 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 북한이탈주민 어머니의 양육 스트레스가 온정성 양육행동에 유의한 부적 영향을 보인 반면, 통제성 양육행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 북한이탈주민 어머니의 양육 스트레스가 온정성 양육행동에 미치는 영향에서 부모 역할 효능감은 부분 매개효과를 보인 반면, 부모역할 효능감은 매개효과가 없었다. 이는 북한이탈주민 어머니의 양육 스트레스는 양육행동에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 주요인이며, 양육 스트레스가 온정성 양육행동에 미치는 영향에서 부 모역할 효능감은 부분적 매개효과를 보인 것으로 양육 스트레스의 부정적 효과를 낮추는 변인임을 시사한다.

The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
