This study is significant in that it comprehensively identifies trends and components of community care pilot projects through a systematic literature review as a way to establish the foundation for realizing community-centered integrated care. Directions for future policy, practice, and academic research on community care are also suggested. As a result of exploring previous studies conducted over a total of six years from 2019 to December 2024 in five stages, 32 studies were finally selected and analyzed according to the Scoping Review method. Main research results are as follows. As a result of the analysis by research topic, four core areas of the community care project were analyzed: four in the housing field, six in the health and medical field, six in the nursing care field, and 16 in the service linkage field. It was confirmed that the linkage of health services and welfare services was necessary in line with the purpose of the integrated care service. This linkage will also play a role as a welfare service delivery system that links various local resources. In academic research on community care, topics that link health and welfare should be continuously conducted. A virtuous cycle of community care projects in which the public, field, and academic groups can cooperate should be formed to create integrated care that grows under the leadership of the community.

본 연구는 지역중심 통합돌봄 실현의 기초를 구축하기 위한 방법으로 지역사회 통합돌봄 선도사업 연구 경향과 구성요소들을 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 종합적으로 파악하여 향후 지역사회 통합돌봄의 정책적, 실 천적 부문 및 학술적 연구에 대한 방향을 제시하는 것에 의의가 있다. 2019년부터 2024년 12월까지 총 6년간 진행된 선행연구들을 5단계에 따라 탐색한 결과 최종 32편의 연구가 선택되었으며, 주제범위 문헌고찰 (Scoping Review)방법에 따라 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 연구 주제별 분석 결과, 지역사회 통합 돌 봄 사업의 4대 핵심분야로 주거분야 4건, 건강의료 분야 6건, 요양돌봄 분야 6건, 서비스 연계 분야 16건 이 분석되었으며, 통합돌봄 서비스 취지대로 보건서비스와 복지서비스의 연계가 필요하며, 지역의 다양한 자원을 연계하는 복지서비스 전달체계로서 역할이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 지역사회 통합돌봄의 학술 연구에서 보건과 복지분야가 연계된 주제가 지속적으로 이루어져야 하며, 공공과 민간, 학술분야 세 그룹 이 협력하는 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업의 선순환 환류가 구성되어 지역사회 주도로 성장하는 통합돌봄이 나타나야 할 것이다.
