This study seeks to identify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in its influence on the collective self-esteem and psychological well-being of correctional welfare facility workers. Through this study, we aimed to contribute to providing basic data for improving social systems and establishing policies to improve the psychological well-being of correctional welfare facility workers. The subjects of this study were 256 correctional welfare facility workers working in correctional welfare facilities in the metropolitan area, and the distribution and collection of questionnaires was conducted from November 6, 2023 to November 12, 2023 using Google questionnaires and mail. The study was conducted, and 248 of them, excluding missing values, were used in the final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the higher the collective self-esteem, the higher the self-efficacy and psychological well-being, and the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the psychological well-being. This shows that collective self-esteem in correctional facilities results in increased individual self-efficacy at work, so it is important to prioritize groups over individuals in correctional welfare facilities. The significance of these research results is that they can help establish policies and practical guidelines for members working in correctional welfare facilities.

본 연구는 교정복지시설종사자의 집단자존감과 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 규명하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 교정복지시 설종사자의 심리적 안녕감 향상을 위한 사회적 제도 개선과 정책 마련의 기초자 료를 제공하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 수도권 교정복지시설에 서 근무하는 교정복지시설종사자 256명을 대상으로 하였으며, 설문의 배포 및 수 집은 2023년 11월 06일부터 2023년 11월 12일까지 구글 설문지와 우편을 이용하여 진행하였으며, 그중 결측치를 제외한 248부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연 구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단자존감이 높을수록 자기효능감과 심리적 안녕감이 높아지고, 자기효능감이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감이 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이점은 교정시설에 대한 집단자존감은 직장에서 개인의 자기효능감을 높이는 결과를 가져오므로 교정복지시설에서 개인보다는 집단을 우선시하는 것이 중요하다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 교정복지시설에 근무하는 구성원들을 위한 정책과 실무적인 지침을 마련하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.
