This study aims to present an effective model for contemporary church ministry through a qualitative case study focusing on two components of the “Way of the Cross Ministry Integrated System,” a cell program. Specifically, it examines the foundational course of “Prayer and Power” (Lord’s Prayer) and the beginner-level course of “Evangelism School” (Jesus’ Evangelism Method and Relational Approach). The cell church model emphasizes a small-group-centered church structure, fostering close relationships among believers and promoting spiritual growth. The “Way of the Cross Ministry Integrated System” clarifies the role and mission of pastors while providing direction for ministry work. The Lord’s Prayer, as a pivotal prayer in the Christian tradition, serves as a vital tool for believers’ spiritual growth. Jesus’ evangelism methods and relational approach offer core methodologies for spreading the gospel and building faith communities. By exploring these elements, this study investigates their applicability and effectiveness in actual ministry contexts. The findings aim to propose solutions to the diverse challenges faced by contemporary churches and contribute to identifying improved pastoral strategies.

본 연구는 셀 프로그램 중 하나인 십자가의 길 목회종합시스템의 과정 에서 기초과정에 속한 기도와 능력(주기도문 기도)와 초급 단계에 속한 전도학교(예수님 전도법과 관계법)를 중심으로 한 질적 사례연구를 통해 현대 교회 목회의 효과적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 셀교회 모델은 소 그룹 중심의 교회 구조로, 신자들 간의 친밀한 관계 형성과 영적 성장에 중점을 두고 있다. 십자가의 길 목회종합시스템은 목회자의 역할과 사명 을 구체화하고, 목회 사역의 방향성을 제공한다. 주기도문 기도는 기독 교 전통에서 중요한 기도문으로, 교인들이 영적으로 성장하는 데 중요한 도구가 된다. 예수님의 전도법과 관계법은 복음 전파와 신앙 공동체 형 성에 있어 핵심적인 방법론을 제공한다. 이러한 요소들을 중심으로 한 질적 사례연구를 통해, 본 연구는 교회의 실제 목회 현장에서의 적용 가능성과 그 효과를 탐구하고자 한다. 연구 결과는 현대 교회가 직면한 다 양한 도전과제에 대한 해결책을 제시하며, 더 나은 목회 방안을 모색하 는 데 기여할 것이다.
