This study aimed to develop a graduation requirement verification system to prevent university student dropouts and analyze its effectiveness. After the system's implementation, usability evaluation and surveys were conducted to assess service satisfaction. In addition, a pre-post comparison analysis was performed to measure changes in university life satisfaction and dropout intention. The results indicated that the graduation requirement verification system helped students clearly understand their graduation requirements and systematically plan their academic goals, leading to an improvement in university life satisfaction. Furthermore, dropout intention scores significantly decreased, confirming that the system positively influenced students' motivation for continued academic engagement. This study validates the impact of the graduation requirement verification system and provides fundamental insights for improving university administrative services and future developments.

본 연구는 대학생의 중도탈락 예방을 위해 실시간 졸업요건 확인 시스템을 설계하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 시스템 도입 후 사용성 평가와 설문조사를 통해 서비스 만족도를 확인하고, 사전-사후 비교 분석을 통해 대학 생활 만족도와 중도탈락 의향의 변화를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 졸업 요건 확인 시스템이 학생이 졸업 요건을 보 다 명확하게 파악하고 학업 계획을 체계적으로 수립할 수 있도록 지원하여 대학 생활 만족도가 향상되었다. 아 울러, 중도탈락 의향 점수가 유의미하게 감소하여 시스템이 학생의 지속적인 학업 수행 동기를 높이는 데 긍정 적인 영향을 미쳤음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 졸업 요건 확인 시스템의 효과성을 검증하고, 향후 발전 방향을 제 시함으로써 대학 행정 서비스 개선에 기여할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공한다.
