The purpose of this study was to study the effect of group art therapy using the theme “Me and You” and thematic stimulation on the interpersonal competence and social support of married migrant women. The research method sampled 18 married migrant women who used the K-Family Support Center, randomly assigned 9 people to the experimental and control groups, and verified homogeneity. The experimental group conducted an art therapy program using the theme “Me and You” and thematic stimulation once a week, 8 times a week, and the control group was untreated. As a result of the analysis, the program had a positive effect on interpersonal competence and social support. In the conclusion, it was consistent with previous studies, and suggested strengthen self-expression to assert the opinions of married migrant women and develop and proceed withl art therapy for couples theirs spouses, who is an important subject in “Me and You”.

본 논문의 목적은 ‘나와 너’ 주제와 주제자극화를 이용한 집단미술치료가 결혼이주여성의 대인관계 유능 성 및 사회적 지지에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법은 K-가족지원센터를 이용하는 결혼이주여성 18 명을 표집하여 실험, 통제집단에 9명씩 무선 할당 후 동질성 검증하고 실험집단은 ‘나와 너’ 주제와 주제자극화를 활용한 미술치료프로그램을 주 1회기 씩, 8회기 실시하고 통제집단은 무처치하였다. 분석결과, 그 프로그램은 대인 관계 유능성 및 사회적 지지에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 결론에서 선행연구와 일치함을 논의하고, 결혼이주여성의 의견 주장을 위한 자기표현 강화와 ‘나와 너’에서 중요한 대상인 배우자와 함께하는 부부 미술치료 프로그램개발 및 진행을 제언하였다.
