The purpose of this paper was to identify the relationship between family health perceived by new middle-aged and their successful aging, and to identify the mediating effect of resilience, an individual variable. The basis for the number of research subjects was the G*Power 3.1 program, with the final number of research subjects being 216 or more. This survey was conducted from July 1 to July 8, 2024, targeting adults aged 50-69, and 250 questionnaires were finally analyzed after excluding those deemed unsuitable for the purpose of the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, Amos 25.0, and Macro Process 4.2 statistical programs. The research results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of family health recognized by the new middle-aged, the bond between family members and the problem-solving ability between family members were found to have an effect on successful aging. Second, the family health perceived by the middle-aged and older adults was found to have an effect on the individual variable resilience. Third, resilience was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between the family health perceived by the middle-aged and older adults and successful aging.

본 논문의 목적은 신중년이 인지하는 가족 건강성이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악하고 개인 변수인 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 파악하고자 한다. 연구 대상자 표본 수의 근거는 G*Power 3.1 프로그램을 이용 하여 최종 연구 대상자 수는 216명 이상으로 진행하였다. 본 조사는 2024년 7월 1일-7월 8일까지 50∼69 성인을 대상으로 수집한 자료 중 연구의 목적에 맞지 않는다고 판단되는 설문지를 제외한 250부를 최종 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0, Amos 25.0, Macro Process 4.2 통계 프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 측정모형 분석, 상관관계 분석, 매개효과 분석을 하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신중년이 인지한 가족 건강성 하위 요인 중 가족구성원 간의 유대, 가족구성원 간의 문제해결능력은 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 둘째, 신중년이 인지한 가족 건강성은 개인 변수인 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신 중년이 인지한 가족 건강성과 성공적 노화 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
